Refund policy

All Riley Notes purchases are digital products delivered instantly upon payment. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable once your order is placed.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are purchasing digital content delivered immediately upon payment
• You expressly consent to instant delivery and waive your right of withdrawal (including the EU 14-day right of withdrawal), in accordance with applicable digital content regulations
• No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued for any reason, including accidental purchase or change of mind

The only exception: if your file is corrupted, incomplete, or you never received your download link due to a technical error on our end, contact us at riley.nursing.notes@gmail.com with your order number and we'll fix it by resending or replacing your file. This is not a refund, but a correction to ensure you receive the product you paid for.

We encourage you to review the product description and preview images carefully before purchasing, as no refunds will be issued after checkout.
